Description
Wine produced with 80% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 15% Merlot. Intense color almost impenetrable, the nose is affected by balsamic notes of sage and laurel, then comes the truffle and flint. In the mouth a still young but not aggressive tannin plays with red fruits such as blackberry and black cherry and persists in the mouth with a trail of smoking. We recommend a combination with stewed wild boar, Florentine sausage, liver sausages and cheeses such as pecorino di fossa, pecorino di Pienza, Sardinian flower 12 months and Piedmontese toma.
