A red that after the youthful phase of the fragrance acquires depth and thickness always remaining in the sphere of elegance and drinkability. The aromas are fresh with cherry and violet, ripe with leather, roots and earth. In the mouth the thorn of acidity dictates the dynamics and memories of the rich and juicy finish, recall the nose with precision. A wine endowed with the value of ductility, from the first to the meat, humbly supports the comparison with food.
Red wine obtained from Sangiovese vines grown in the hills and raised in espaliers as in the Umbrian farming tradition. Only the cycles of the lunar phases are followed for the work in the vineyard and in the cellar, where it is inspired by principles of absolute naturalness. The earth is helped only sporadically with fertilizer obtained from the farm animals. No yeasts are added except those deriving from grapes and from the cellar. In the company we use steel, fiberglass and vitrified cement containers.
